Which can sizes are compatible with Oktober Can Seamers?
Our standard Model 7 seamers are set up for 12oz and 16oz aluminum cans (211 diameter). However, we offer adapter sets and custom tooling for a variety of sizes including sleek, slim, and crowler cans.
How long does it take to ship my order?
In-stock seamers typically ship within 2-3 business days. Custom-calibrated units or high-volume orders may take up to 7-10 business days to ensure precision setup before leaving our facility.
Do I need to calibrate the seamer when it arrives?
Every Oktober Can Seamer is factory-calibrated and tested before shipping. You should be ready to seal right out of the box, though we recommend performing a visual inspection and periodic maintenance as outlined in the manual.
What is your return policy for machinery?
We offer a 30-day return window for unused equipment in its original packaging. Please note that a restocking fee may apply, and shipping costs for heavy machinery returns are the responsibility of the customer.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship globally. Please be aware that international customers are responsible for all duties, taxes, and brokerage fees required by their local customs office upon delivery.
What kind of warranty comes with the seamer?
All new Oktober Can Seamers include a one-year limited warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use conditions.
